A short drive off Interstate 75 will lead you to SMK Agricultural Venue. This 60-acre farm is home to rolling bluegrass hills, rustic and new wooden plank fences surrounding numerous Thoroughbred and Quarter Horses, as well as a stunning golden hour view as the sun sets.
The large horse-riding arena turned into their wedding and event venue, and it can serve all the needs of you and your guests on your special day. From bridal and groomsmen suites to indoor and outdoor ceremony options, they are ready to help you cultivate your perfect wedding day.
SMK Farm has been owned and operated by the Schneid Family since 1999. In 2019 the Schneid’s decided to convert their horse-riding arena into one of Richmond’s wedding venues after their eldest, Shelby, got engaged. With having three girls, they knew this would be a great investment not only for their family, but their community. The Schneid’s wanted a place where their community and their families could come together and celebrate.
